Always great to get confirmation that birds we haven’t seen in a while are alive and well. You might recall that in late May 2015 the Mountshannon 2014 chick (Aoibheall) apparently lost her GPS transmitter in south Roscommon. She had been around Lough Ree but after that we had no sightings until David Nayer posted a message here on 21 Sept to say he had seem an immature White-tailed Eagle at Clonmacnoise, Co. Offaly.
